What a great quote from Dr. Ruth! “Life is too short to have bad sex!” Thanks for your books and your content. You’re not only making sex better for women, you’re providing the tools for couples to enjoy love and intimacy in their senior years.

My wife suffers from lichen sclerosus. She uses medication that helps. We have sex once a week, and she has orgasms of various intensities. She does not like vibrators. We use vibrators for me. I am 80 and she is 75. We do not have intercourse. She masturbates and I explore her vaginal geography. We have read Sex Over 70 to our benefit. Sex is enjoyable, but I think we can do better. She says it's less important to her than to me. What do you think?

Just signed up and watched this past video March “ask me anything”.

How WONDERFUL!

You make me happy 💞

I feel like the only way to sort of know how to figure out transdermal is to ask you “ when for each dose do you increase from 100mg prometeium to 200mg”.

I was thinking increase to 200 mg progestagen once you are taking 3-4 pumps estrogel, 100 patch, 2 packs x1mg divigel.

Does that make sense you? Is this the level you would trigger an increase prometrium dose.?

I’d love to know your thoughts.

Thank you! The 100 mg progesterone generally gives enough endometrial protection for higher standard doses of estrogen. It’s the much higher doses that have not been studies . It’s a question I will ask Dr. Newsom when I record my podcast later this week.
